18 Mile Entry Fee: Includes shuttle to the start line from Belknap Hot Springs, chip timing by Eclectic Edge Racing, finisher medal, age group awards, one hour in the Belknap Hot Springs Resort pool, post race refreshments, a fantastic course with 4 aid stations including Gatorade, water, energy gels and snacks. Water stations and toilets are at the start, Trail Bridge trail head, and Deer Creek trail head. There will be a drop bag service at the start as well.

Packet Pick Up: Packets will be available at Belknap Hot Springs Lodge & Gardens in the lobby on Friday, April 15th from 6 pm - 8 pm and on Saturday starting at 7:30 am. The 18 mile packets will be taken to the 18 mile start line at 8:25 am. It is not necessary to have the race bib on to get on the shuttle bus, which will pick up under the awning in front of the lodge at Belknap, but it is necessary to register to participate in the event. Any turkeys, people who run the race without paying will be required to pay immediately. "Pacing" or running part of the race and pulling off of the course for which we have secured permits, insurance, etc. is not permitted under any circumstance.
Course Time Limit and Trail Etiquette: The course limit for the 18 mile run is 5 hours, which is 16:40 per mile. Please respect the trail and do not throw any trash, especially energy gel wrappers, on the trail. Wait until you reach an aid station to toss your trash. If you are passing someone, please call out, "On your left!" before you pass. The trail is open to regular day users, so please make sure you are respectful of their experience. Thank you in advance.

Overnight Accommodations: Book your room, RV site, campsite or cabin today by calling 541.822.3512. There is normally a 2 night stay minimum requirement, but they are waiving the minimum for racers and you can stay one evening if you prefer. CLICK HERE to see what is available. Then reserve online for 2 nights or call to reserve one night and tell them you are with the race. We also have a spaghetti dinner on Friday, April 15 from 6 pm - 8 pm for $15/person, including spaghetti or zucchini spaghetti, a salad bar, a roll, a piece of delicious homemade pie and tea. The deadline to reserve your seat at dinner is Sunday, April 10th at midnight by registering online and indicating how many dinners you're purchasing. The dinner is not included in the entry fee. Lodge check in is at 3 pm daily and check out is at 11 am. You receive pool access included in your stay through 11 am Saturday. After you finish, you'll receive a pool ticket from Pink Buffalo Racing for an hour in the pool. All pool users must shower in the provided facilities before entering the pool. You do not have to stay overnight at Belknap - you can drive up race morning. If you know others who are coming, please carpool, as parking is limited.
Course Maps: Click here for the course map. The 18 mile race starts at Carmen Reservoir and has about a quarter mile on hard packed dirt. Then, the course merges onto Waterfall Trail. About a mile later, past Koosah Falls and Sahalie Falls, the course goes over a footbridge and proceeds south on McKenzie Trail to Belknap Hot Springs, Lodge & Garden. The first three miles are highly technical.
